Hire at a glance

Each machine page shows the price for your dates. Supplies are added on top of the machine price, by the number of serves you choose. Delivery is priced to your address and shows in your cart.

Pickup or delivery

Fairy floss machines, popcorn machines (8oz and 12oz), the popcorn warmer, the snow cone machine and the 150L ice cooler can be picked up from Moorabbin. The ice coffee frappe, slushy, soft serve and chocolate fountain machines and the popcorn cart are delivery only. We confirm delivery and collection times with you once the booking is in.

The $100 card hold

We place a temporary hold of $100 on your card, no earlier than the day before the equipment is delivered or picked up. A hold reserves the funds; it is not a charge. If no fee applies, we release it on the evening of the second business day after the equipment is due back with us. Some cards only keep a hold for a few days, so on a longer hire we may place a fresh hold of the same amount and then release the earlier one. 

Booking

  • For a weekend or public holiday, the booking needs to be confirmed during business hours beforehand. Once a weekend has started, that weekend can no longer be booked.
  • Online bookings close 2 business days before your hire. For anything sooner, please call us.
  • Bookings are subject to availability, and you receive a confirmation.
  • Temporary venues such as parks and carnival sites: please call us first.
  • Only supplies bought from us or included with your hire can be used in our machines, for allergen control and certification. See our Rentals terms for more.

Cancelling

Cancelling is free of any cancellation fee if you do it within 2 hours of booking, and a fee scales up as the hire date gets closer. The full scale, and what happens to supplies and payments, is set out in clause 2 of our Rentals terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by anything on this page.
