Pay by Bank Transfer

Prefer to pay straight from your bank account? You can pay for your order by bank transfer, with no card needed. It suits schools, clubs and businesses that pay from their own account.

Who can pay by bank transfer

Bank transfer is available to any signed-in customer whose email address is confirmed, or who has already had a paid order with us. It is not available at guest checkout.

For hire bookings, bank transfer is available by arrangement. Please call us on (03) 9761 7979.

How it works

1. Sign in and add your items to your cart.
2. At checkout, choose Pay by bank transfer. Nothing is paid at checkout.
3. Your order confirmation email shows our bank details, the amount to pay and the date payment is due.
4. Pay the exact amount, to the cent, and use your order number as the payment reference, so we can match your payment to your order.

When we start on your order

Your order is on hold until your payment reaches our account. We do not make, pack or send anything until then, and a hire is not confirmed until it is paid. A transfer can take time to reach us, depending on your bank, so if you need your order quickly, paying by card is the faster choice.

If payment does not arrive

We send a reminder before the due date. If payment has not reached us by the due date, the order is cancelled automatically. Any payment we receive for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Can I pay by bank transfer as a guest?
No. Please sign in to your account, or create one, before you check out.

Where do I find your bank details?
In the order confirmation email we send when you place your order.

What do I use as the payment reference?
Your order number.

Can someone else pay for my order, such as my school?
Yes. They just need to pay the exact amount and use your order number as the reference.

Can I still pay by card?
Yes. Card payment is available on every order.
