Terms & Conditions
Items are shipped using Australia Post by weight. For Larger items weight is calculated by the size of the item (cubic weight). A box of fairy floss has a cubic weight of 18 kilos, even though its actual weight is 4 kilos. For wholesale customers, items may be shipped by Australia Post or freighted by a registered freight company. Items can also be picked-up from our Factory at 19 Nellbern Road, Moorabbin, Vic 3189. All orders are shipped with registered post so that orders can be tracked.
We endeavour to post orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders need to be received by us before 3.00 pm on the Tuesday or Friday for mailing that day, otherwise your parcel will be sent on the next mailing day except for our pre-packaged fairy floss that may take an extra mailing day or two to post. If you have not received an order within 14 days, please notify us by email at: email@example.com.
Authority to Leave
I consent that in the event no one is available at my delivery address, for my parcel to be delivered and left on my premises. If you cannot accept this condition, please phone our office for assistance before placing your order. 03 9761 7979.
All returns are subject to Flossy's Fairy Floss receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging, 100% complete with tamper evident seals untouched. The customer is responsible for the return postage and for postage with exchange.

- Your Order number (which appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning and why you are returning the item.
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
